Downtown and the weekly vote

Downtown sits in the Hub, at the heart of the city. Its 60 seats go to the stores people voted for most in the last week.

How voting works

Each signed-in account has 3 votes a week, and at most one for any building. Open a building's card to vote for it. You can't vote for your own building, and businesses vote for stores in other cities.

New accounts can vote once they are 7 days old. The first 1,000 accounts to sign up can vote from day one.

Who gets a seat

A week runs Monday to Sunday, in UTC. Each Monday the week closes and the seats are handed out. A store needs votes from at least 3 different people, and no city holds more than 10 seats.

Half of last week's rank carries over, so a store that does well keeps some of its place. Each seat shows a copy of the store's building; its own plot stays where it is.
